Ghodsi was extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and went the extra mile every step of the way to ensure we found the perfect home that not only exceeded all of our expectations, but was also within our price target (which is nearly impossible in this market!). I must admit I am a  very particular man, so to meet all my requirements (especially for a large purchase like this) is a monumental task...it took a super agent to achieve this feat, and Ghodsi was just that. From understanding our goals, to answering all of our detailed questions and going through each house with a fine toothed comb, and finally negotiating a killer deal, Ghodsi was our courageous guide throughout our journey. From the very beginning, she was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and she worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. Ghodsi patiently handheld me when buying my first house in the tough 2015 Silicon Valley market. A co-worker referred her, stressing her patience and non-pushy behavior. This was very important to me, because I wasn't even sure I would really end up buying a house, so I didn't want anybody  breathing down my neck pushing me to. Ghodsi will make you aware of the competitiveness of your offer, but she will never push you to make an offer or increase it beyond what you are comfortable with. I remember when we first met and I asked whether I needed to sign any kind of exclusivity agreement with her, to which, in her usual candid way, replied "I don't do exclusivity agreements, I hope that if my services are of use to you, you will decide to go with me as agent". For two months she kept me updated with new homes, brought me over when there was an agent's tour and arranged private ones (much more relaxed than going to crowded open houses). During that time we made four offers and, when I had already lost hope on the fourth one, her responsiveness, professionalism and the close relationship she develops with the selling agents, opened a window that we took advantage of. The whole time I felt like I was her only client, she's always available and responsive. She is very diligent in all parts of her work, updates, providing "comps", her detailed visual inspections and keeping track of all the steps of the process. Her contacts are also priceless, her preferred lender was also a pleasure to work with and made the whole process swift, smooth and painless.

Ghodsi worked very hard for me, made appropriate suggestions as to how the property should be prepared, marketed, and sold. Her guidance got top dollar for my neighborhood and I could not be happier.
