Ghodsi patiently handheld me when buying my first house in the tough 2015 Silicon Valley market. A co-worker referred her, stressing her patience and non-pushy behavior. This was very important to me, because I wasn't even sure I would really end up buying a house, so I didn't want anybody  breathing down my neck pushing me to. Ghodsi will make you aware of the competitiveness of your offer, but she will never push you to make an offer or increase it beyond what you are comfortable with. I remember when we first met and I asked whether I needed to sign any kind of exclusivity agreement with her, to which, in her usual candid way, replied "I don't do exclusivity agreements, I hope that if my services are of use to you, you will decide to go with me as agent". For two months she kept me updated with new homes, brought me over when there was an agent's tour and arranged private ones (much more relaxed than going to crowded open houses). During that time we made four offers and, when I had already lost hope on the fourth one, her responsiveness, professionalism and the close relationship she develops with the selling agents, opened a window that we took advantage of. The whole time I felt like I was her only client, she's always available and responsive. She is very diligent in all parts of her work, updates, providing "comps", her detailed visual inspections and keeping track of all the steps of the process. Her contacts are also priceless, her preferred lender was also a pleasure to work with and made the whole process swift, smooth and painless.
